On Wednesday, CNN's Chris Cuomo criticized rape survivor and Second Amendment advocate Kimberly Corban, saying "Only in America," in response to a video of Corban talking about wanting to protect herself and her family with the use of firearms. Corban has made a name for herself in the Second Amendment community because she's shared her powerful testimony about being unarmed when she was raped in college.

Second Amendment supporters and conservatives were quick to call Cuomo out for what he said. After all, it was evident that he had no idea who Corbin was or what she had endured.

One of the most annoying things about anti-gunners is their desire for "common sense" gun control laws or "reasonable restrictions" because they can never name specifically what they want to ban or regulate and how that would stop mass shooting.
Cuomo knew he was wrong when he suddenly started responding to select people.

In fact, he replied to everyone but Kimberly Corban.
Here's the thing folks: those who are adamant about infringing upon our Second Amendment rights are usually people who:
A) Know nothing about firearms or how they function.
B) Don't know the current laws on the books.
C) Don't understand how a firearm is purchased and the process associated with it.
D) Don't know what is and is not banned.
E) All of the above.
One of the things that frustrates gun rights advocates the most is the fact that these people try to disguise themselves as gun owners who are simply wanting to "do the right thing" (whatever the hell that means). They say, "I'm a gun owner but..." before they call for high capacity magazine bans, red flag laws and an assault weapons ban. They want all of these things but they never address the root of the problem: criminals wanting to get their hands on firearms and the fact that they get them on the black market.
