Oh, Snap! Pence Slams Bernie During NRA Speech

Vice President Mike Pence on Friday addressed Second Amendment supporters at the National Rifle Association's Annual Meetings. During his speech, Pence promised the Trump administration would uphold Americans' right to keep and bear arms.

“I’ll make you a promise: under this president, and this vice president, no one is taking your guns," Pence said boldly. "Under this administration, and this president, the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

“The president and I stand with the NRA because, like all of you, we stand for freedom."

Remember: pretty much every single Democratic candidate has talked about some sort of gun control law that could lead to firearm confiscation. Just this week Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) said she would take executive action to have "sensible gun laws" in America if Congress isn't "bold" enough to pass said legislation. Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) said he would nuke gun owners if he had to. And these are the the things they've admitted to us. Imagine what they're willing to do behind closed doors.

The best part of Pence's speech, however, was his message to Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), who recently said the Boston Marathon Bomber should be allowed to vote.

"The same people who want to restrict the right to keep and bear arms of law-abiding citizens believe the Boston Marathon Bomber should be given the right to vote on death row. Well I’ve got news for you, Bernie Sanders: NOT on our watch!" Pence exclaimed.
