Cory Gardner's Devastating Twitter Thread in Response to Bernie's 'Let Terrorists Vote' Platform

A few of the Democrats running in the 2020 presidential election are apparently so desperate for votes, they're willing to let terrorists like the Boston Marathon bomber participate in the election.

"I think the right to vote is inherent to our democracy," Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) said at a CNN town hall. "Yes, even for terrible people."

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) was asked about the Boston bomber too, and also suggested he get to vote from behind bars, before she walked back her comments.

Another senator, Cory Gardner (R-CO), had a much different response. He started identifying some of the people his Democratic colleagues would supposedly be okay with enjoying First Amendment rights.

Really, are these the kind of individuals Sen. Sanders wants voting?

Most Americans...I assume...I hope...would say no. CNN's Don Lemon admitted was of the same opinion, with Chris Cuomo chiming in that these Democrats are "way out there" in left field.

Daniel Linskey, the former chief of the Boston Police Dept. and Incident Commander for the Boston Marathon Bombing, noted on Fox News Thursday morning that prisoners who have served their time should have the opportunity to reenter society and enjoy their previous freedoms. The Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, however, was sentenced to death last year and won't be seeing society again. Therefore, "we don’t need to debate."
