Maverick PAC to Host Annual Conference

Maverick PAC (MavPAC), founded in 2004 by young politicos, including Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tx.), empowers young professionals in the fields of business and politics. The goal of the organization is to involve young people in the political process, and they have done so through fundraising, events with politicians and networking opportunities.

The PAC will host its annual conference from July 13th-15th in Washington, D.C. Young, conservative attendees will be empowered to engage in the political process with the with Maverick PAC’s speaker line up, including Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, Vice President Mike Pence, Sen. Lindsey Graham and others.

Morgan Ortagus, the organization’s national co-chair spoke to the opportunities that MavPAC gives to young conservative leaders:

“For years, MavPAC has been the leading conservative young professionals’ PAC in the country, due in large part to the Mavericks Conference, which is a unique opportunity for our members to meet, learn from, and network with our nation’s leaders in business, and politics,” she said.

The conference will focus in on what role young conservatives need to play in the conservative movement, and how the message of liberty can be spread in a divided, hyperpartisan America. The conference will take place in the nation’s capitol.
