More than 24 hours after the disturbing video of a United Airlines passenger being forcibly removed from an overbooked flight by a Chicago police officer, United's CEO Oscar Munoz has once again spoken up about the incident. This time, Munoz pledged to "make it right" for the customer and swore that this will never happen again.

Previously, Munoz was criticized for saying that the passenger, who suffered a bloody nose, was "re-accommodated," and in another statement, Munoz described the passenger as "belligerent."
United, however, has still found itself in the midst of an epic PR nightmare.
