U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley openly criticized the Syrian government and Russian leaders on Monday during a speech to the United Nations, saying that both countries have "no interest in peace."
"We cannot close our eyes to those pictures," Haley said of the recent gas attack in a town outside of Aleppo. "There are times when we are compelled to do more than just talk." She added that the U.S. would be compelled to act if the U.N. fails to come up with a solution.
