As late as Monday, Rep. Lou Barletta (R-PA) was a "no" on the GOP's American Health Care Act. He was one of several skeptical conservatives of the bill, some of whom argue the legislation is just too similar to Obamacare. Particularly, Barletta argued he cannot vote for a bill that does not adequately address the issue of illegal immigrants receiving tax credits.
After meeting with President Trump and House Speaker Paul Ryan to voice this concern, Barletta has changed his mind. His concerns, he said, have been met.

Barletta's change of heart may not be enough for the AHCA to pass the House on Thursday when it's taken up for a vote. As of now, 25 members of the conservative House Freedom Caucus say they are solid "no"s.
