As Cortney reported, media personalities and the White House Correspondents Associated blasted the White House for excluding some media outlets from Friday's press briefing. And now, Fox News’ Bret Baier has spoken out.
The host of “Special Report with Bret Baier” tweeted that Friday’s press gaggle “should be opened to all” credentialed organizations.
"Some at CNN & NYT stood w/FOX News when the Obama admin attacked us & tried 2 exclude us-a WH gaggle should be open to all credentialed orgs," he said.

Multiple outlets were barred from the briefing, including CNN, The New York Times, Politico, The Hill, BuzzFeed, the Daily Mail, BBC, the Los Angeles Times and the New York Daily News.
Major outlets such as Fox, ABC, CBS, NBC, Reuters and Bloomberg were invited, as were several conservative-leaning sites like Breitbart, The Washington Times, and One America News Network.

According to Fox News’ John Roberts, the gaggle was not a traditional briefing in the White House, thus, the size of the room meant all media requests could not be accommodated.
