The subpoena, originally issued to former Attorney General Eric Holder and ignored, seeks documents and information surrounding the December 2010 murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Terry was murdered by Mexican bandits in Arizona's Rico Valley. Guns from Operation Fast and Furious were left at the scene.
