Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Donald Trump are leading in the latest CBS/YouGov New Hampshire poll. Sanders is up two percentage points since the last CBS/YouGov poll in October.
Thirty two percent of respondents said they plan on voting for Donald Trump in the Republican primary election, with Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Marco Rubio (R-FL) coming in second and third with 14 and 13 percent, respectively. Fifty six percent of respondents said they plan on voting for Sanders in the Democratic primary, compared to 42 percent who favored Hillary Clinton.
There was, however, notable enthusiasm gaps between the parties. Only roughly one third (32 percent) of Republican primary voters say that their vote is set and unchanging, and 36 percent of Republicans said that their choice is only "somewhat strong" and may change. Comparatively, 64 percent of Democratic primary voters say they are "enthusiastically" supporting their chosen candidate.
New Hampshire's first-in-the-nation primary is February 9th.
