Yesterday during a trip to Thomas Jefferson's home in Virginia with visiting French President Francois Hollande, President Obama joked about breaking protocol because he's the president and can do "whatever he wants."
"Sorry we're breaking protocol here. That's the good thing as President, I can do whatever I want," Obama said. You can watch the exchange by clicking on the video screen shot below.

Funny right? Maybe it would be if Obama didn't repeatedly abuse his power to change law on a whim. Just a few minutes before Obama cracked the "joke," his administration announced it would again be going around Congress to further delay the Obamacare mandate for medium-sized businesses.

Last month, Obama reminded lawmakers that he has a pen, a phone and he's willing to take executive action whenever necessary if they don't do what he wants.
“We’re not just going to be waiting for legislation in order to make sure that we’re providing Americans the kind of help they need. I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone,” Obama said Tuesday as he convened his first Cabinet meeting of the year.
Obama continued: ”And I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward in helping to make sure our kids are getting the best education possible, making sure that our businesses are getting the kind of support and help they need to grow and advance, to make sure that people are getting the skills that they need to get those jobs that our businesses are creating.”
