Dems Say Wisconsin Is Not for Sale. Walker Hits Them With the Facts.

Dems Say Wisconsin Is Not for Sale. Walker Hits Them With the Facts.

Democrat Sen. Amy Klobuchar was hit with the facts after she accused Elon Musk of attempting to buy a Wisconsin Supreme Court seat.

“This is Wisconsin,” she told MSNBC’s Jen Psaki. “They love their state and they like good governance. So what are they saying? They’re saying Wisconsin is not for sale, Jen. Elon Musk has plowed $20 million dollars into this race. It’s the most expensive state judicial race in the history of America. There's an incredible candidate, Judge [Susan] Crawford…she’s just gone along her way, very good choice for Supreme Court when all is said and pow, in comes Elon Musk, offering million dollar checks to people. This is a state where the people own the football team, the Greenbay Packers, so they are seeing this as the people of Wisconsin vs. Musk."

So, are all the Democrats making the same point as Klobuchar right? Of course not, as former Gov. Scott Walker explains:

And why is out-of-state money pouring in for Crawford? "Susan Crawford and her allies have made it clear that they will redraw the Congressional boundaries once she is in office," Walker notes. "When they do, the new maps will get rid of two Republicans from the House in Wisconsin. This is how they stop the Trump agenda. We cannot let that happen."

Walker went on to explain what a Crawford win would mean.

Schimel, on the other hand, has promised to uphold the Constitution.
