The shooter was firing rounds from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay.

Fox News is reporting Paddock killed himself.

Marilou Danley, his 62-year-old roommate and who he was seen in a car with before the attack, has been taken into custody.

Paddock was known to local law enforcement, NBC News reports. No additional details were immediately available, however.

Police have not called the mass shooting a terror attack.
