In case you missed it Friday morning, former Vice President Joe Biden gave a speech in front of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Conference in Washington D.C. After strangely joking about his inappropriate touching, using kids as examples, he dove into remarks on issues about workers.
Thanks to @JoeBiden for joining us at the #IBEW Construction and Maintenance conference

President Trump was paying attention.
I’ve employed thousands of Electrical Workers. They will be voting for me!

Biden, who hasn't officially entered the race, is polling ahead of the declared Democrat field. From RealClearPolitics:
Biden hasn't officially declared his candidacy for the White House, but told reporters Friday he's getting close to making a decision.
Question: "When are you going to announce you're entering the 2020 race?"

Joe Biden: "I've been told by the lawyer I've got to be careful what I say so I don't start the clock ticking and change my status, but I am very close to making a decision." pic.twitter.com/DFaL4IMvBN

He also told reporters he will have to "campaign differently" due to previously making people uncomfortable.
Biden says events of the last week are "going to have to change how I campaign." He's just answering questions like he's already a candidate.

Minutes later: "I'm told by the lawyers I've gotta be careful what I say so I don't start the clock ticking and change my status."
In a Biden/Trump match up, who wins Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania?
