C-SPAN 3--Hillary Clinton appeared for the first time as Secretary of State before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. She testified about Afghanistan, operations in Iraq, the middle east peace process and her call for a coordinated international effort to fight piracy. Congressman Dana Rohrbacher (R-CA) had another question for Hillary to answer:
