A Long Overdue Senate Budget War

As the budget debate currently rages on the Senate floor right now, the GOP's caucus on the Senate Budget Committee sent out a rather sobering fact : "The Congressional Budget Act of 1974 requires Congress to pass a budget by April 15, but the Senate has yet to produce a budget or even schedule a markup."
