Unhinged Rep. Haley Stevens Ruled 'Out of Order' on House Floor

Debate over the COVID-19 emergency relief package brought fireworks to the House floor on Friday morning. Democratic Rep. Haley Stevens (D-MI) exploded at House colleagues over the COVID-19 bill.
