Comey cites...himself.
So it was all lies. No treason. No spying on the campaign. No tapping Trumps wires. It was just good people trying to protect America. https://t.co/9nurCaIBq2

Don't be surprised when media ignore or distort what the IG report says about rampant FISA abuses and the officials who perpetrated them. Democrat-affiliated media are deeply implicated in the Russia collusion hoax and desperate to avoid any accountability for it.

In 2017, the FBI told @ChuckGrassley in a letter that it provided a "defensive briefing" to Trump and his campaign in 2016.The IG report today shows that claim was a lie. The FBI attended the briefing to spy on the Trump team, not warn it of Russian attempts to infiltrate it. pic.twitter.com/2wpP2RrpYj

IG Report says the Carter Page FISA request "drew almost entirely" from the Steele Dossier to establish probable cause that Page was facilitating "a well-developed conspiracy" between Russia and Trump. This was such an enormous fraud pic.twitter.com/pnDqTwaG7O

So many issues.
IG goes through a litany of problems with how FBI secured warrant to spy Carter Page. 1) omitted much material info. That includes that "Page had been approved as an operational contact" for (presumably) CIA from 2008-2013, and had provided them with relevant info.

This is the 17th, but certainly not the least, of the 'mistakes' made by FBI in the Page wiretap warrant. pic.twitter.com/MJ2y6ncdHI

If you see someone harping on the "bias" point, they are giving you a broad, misapplied talking point to distract from the specifics within the IG report that are damning.

Page 361: MAJOR FISA abuse.IG identified "numerous serious factual errors and omissions in the applications ... that undercut certain allegations in the FISA applications."They knowingly used bad information to surveil American citizens in the Trump campaign.Wow.

Trump not holding back his thoughts on the IG report:
Pres Trump says he's been briefed on the I.G. report on the FBI probe
of his campaign and Russia and calls it "a disgrace." Says it's "incredible" and "far worse than what I ever thought possible." Calls it a sad day and says reasons for the investigation were "concocted.'

There's no bias with this investigation, but numerous FBI officials and employees deviated from dept. policy in ways that ensured it would hurt the Trump campaign
This conclusion about no bias is simply not believable. If there is no bias, then we have mentally defective people applying for FISA warrants at the bureau -- which also isn't good.
