LIVE: Day Two of Public Testimony for the Impeachment Inquiry

Well, that's a wrap! Until next time...when Democrats call another witness to testify who wasn't privy to the phone call. 

Rep. Meadows on the Trump tweet: "It wasn't an attack. It was a characterization of her resume."

Stefanik: This is not a hearing about tweets. It's a hearing about impeachment. And there's "not a single fact" to justify it.

Stefanik reminds press: Schiff wanted the whistleblower to testify...until it was revealed there was coordination with the whistleblower and the intel committee.

Rep. Jordan: Zelensky said there was "no pressure" during his call with Trump. 

"Those facts never change."

Schiff speaking to press following the hearing: The president's attack on the witness today...is a pattern to intimidate witnesses and obstruct the investigation.

President Trump has rejected those "witness tampering" claims after writing those Yovanovitch tweets. At the White House, he told press:

"I have the right to speak. I have freedom of speech, just as other people do."

Yovanovitch seems to think Biden and Burisma should be investigated. She's just mad Trump didn't go through the "proper channels", by which she means herself. Schiff was quick to end that line of questioning.
