Thanks everyone for following along with us today! Take a look at Ari Fleischer's summary of today's proceedings. He echoes the sentiments of many viewers...
I think Ted Cruz said it best. Both Prof. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh were compelling and credible. That means going to the evidence. There is NO evidence to support Prof. Ford’s accusation. He will certainly pass in committee. They issue is what Collins and Murkowski think.

Well, today was a long day. Dr. Ford gave intense testimony about her sexual assault that she alleges was committed by a 17-year-old Brett Kavanaugh. It is an accusation without evidence or any corroborative witnesses. All three allegations that have been hurled at Kavanaugh have the same plot holes. Kavanaugh needed to bring it in the second half. In these ‘he said, she said duels,’ that’s all you can do. His fiery impassioned defense of his character, career, and family life against these vicious and unsubstantiated left wing smears was electric. At the same time, it’s heartbreaking, as his life has been torpedoed by these allegations that are without a shred of evidence. It’s a kangaroo court mentality. He needed to fight and he brought it. Democrats went on an odd line of questioning afterwards, wanting to know about his drinking habits and other antics from his teenage years.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) torched Democrats, saying he would never have committed to the type of sleazy, character assassination tactics deployed by the Left to stop a qualified nominee for the high court. He knows the playbook, shaming them for destroying a man’s life in the hopes that this vacancy on the Supreme Court will remain until the next presidential election.
“Boy, y’all want power I hope you never get it,” he said.
At the end of the day, the needle wasn’t moved. Both sides remain entrenched in their camps. It’s what happens when there’s no other evidence proving or disproving anything. And while that front hasn’t shifted, it also means the vote count hasn’t either. I think the GOP has the votes. The committee is set for a vote tomorrow at 9:30 A.M.
If there was someone who said, ‘hey, I remember’ … this, that, or the other, that’s a different ballgame. That hasn’t happened. These allegations—all of them—remain grounded in unsubstantiated gossip. That’s not enough to nix a Supreme Court nomination. The GOP has to fight. They have to hold the line. They have to confirm a man who is eminently qualified to sit on the high court. The Republican majority had to end this circus that sprung by Democrats against this man yesterday. I’m glad they’re going to hold the vote.
The senators to watch are Flake (R-AZ), Manchin (D-WV), Donnelly (D-IN), Collins (R-ME), Corker (R-TN) and Murkowski (R-AK). There’s little room for error here.

Trump responds:
Judge Kavanaugh showed America exactly why I nominated him. His testimony was powerful, honest, and riveting. Democrats’ search and destroy strategy is disgraceful and this process has been a total sham and effort to delay, obstruct, and resist. The Senate must vote!

The Left everyone:
Really coming off like an objective, non-partisan judge.

Men’s tears in response to an accusation are manipulative and cheap but usually effective.

This man is a disaster. A DISASTER. #Kavanaugh

Kavanaugh's unhinged, entitled rage is making it easy to imagine him grabbing a teenage girl, throwing her on a bed, and forcing himself on her while muffling her screams
