With a Palestinian push for statehood at the U.N. as a backdrop, Rick Perry will apparently take part in a Manhattan rally against the measure on Tuesday during his trip to New York City.

A reader forwarded an invitation to the rally, which will be at a hotel off Union Square, which urges Jews to "join our community and stand with Governor Rick Perry against the UN vote for Palestinian statehood."
