Bachmann signs spending limit pledge with addition
COLUMBIA, S.C. — Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann has signed a pledge opposing any increase in the U.S. debt limit without major changes to government spending.

But she says even with changes outlined in the pledge from U.S. Sen Jim DeMint of South Carolina, she wouldn't vote to raise the debt ceiling.
