Rick Perry rings Iowa GOP chief Matt Strawn

Add Matt Strawn, the Republican Party of Iowa chief, to the people who Texas Gov. Rick Perry has called in the past two weeks.

RPI spokesman Casey Mills confirmed the call, which took place Saturday, but declined to get into specifics about what was discussed.
