Billed as the "Courage to Fight for American Jobs" tour, Santorum, who is seeking the 2012 GOP nomination for president, will tout his plan to bring manufacturing back to America and discuss "revitalizing our industrial and high-tech sectors" with local businesses, according to a written statement released Thursday.
