It's clipped from this longer interview with David Boaz and John Samples, who also dismiss Mitt Romney whom Boaz describes as "a plastic model of a president" whose leading accomplishment is health care legislation that's anathema to the group, and dismiss the crew of social conservatives as "Goldwater losers."
