The College Republican National Committee is launching its second-ever television ad Monday, and the GOP group is zeroing in on the same place President Obama launched his college campaign tour: the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

The CRNC's latest ad will run through Nov. 2 on basic cable stations. Its first spot was aimed at college students who may have been grown disenchanted after voting for Obama in 2008, the new ad tries to rope in another crucial demographic — parents of students.

Titled "I Am Debt," the ad shows students writing, e-mailing or texting their parents concerned messages about fiscal policy and dim job prospects.
