As ABC News, CNN, The Washington Post and MSNBC swoon in the thrall of Kamala Harris’s choice of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate, House Speaker Mike Johnson has stepped forward to offer a dose of reality.
“Tim Walz is a far leftist,” Johnson says. “He’s on video giving sanction to Socialism…he thinks it’s a great idea. He says that we ought to have sanctuary cities and that illegal aliens should be given drivers licenses. He champions abortion and indeed he expanded abortion rights in his state with almost no limits at all.” He adds that Walz clearly does not line up with the values of the American people.
On the Salem Media Group news program THIS WEEK ON THE HILL with Tony Perkins, the Louisiana congressman offered that Republicans thought Kamala Harris might choose to run with Governor Josh Shapiro, who is Jewish and—seemingly by comparison—the more moderate leader of Pennsylvania’s state government and could have put that major swing state in play. “But she couldn’t do that because they have a pro-Hamas wing in the Democratic Party and she was afraid she’d start a civil war in their party.”
That’s what we face. That’s where we are. The objective facts cannot be overlooked…except by what we laughingly refer to as “journalists” in America.
The same slimey news media cabal that literally should have been named as unindicted co-conspirators in the coverup of Joe Biden’s cognitive decline now is cranking out reports that suggests Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are on a glide path to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Don’t bother us with annoying facts.
--Governor Tim Walz (branded “Tampon Tim” by Jesse Watters on FOX News Channel) signed an insane executive order requiring feminine hygiene products to be placed in boys restrooms in Minnesota public schools? You won’t hear that on NPR.
--Kamala Harris dodges reporters and hasn’t held a single news conference since the coup by Washington elites deposed President Biden as the Democratic Party nominee three weeks ago? Silence from “journalists” like George Stephanopoulos and Jake Tapper.
--GOP Vice Presidential nominee JD Vance strolled over to Air Force 2 when he shared a runway with Kamala Harris in Wisconsin this week, good naturedly saying he wanted to check out “my future airplane” and asking assembled reporters why Harris refuses to answer questions from the media. That was reported as “an awkward moment” on NBC-5 in Chicago, and commentators on MSNBC suggested Vance acted like “a stalker” and was “invading Vice President Harris’s personal space.”
Suffice it to say, with media jackals stabbing Donald Trump and JD Vance in the back 24/7, we can safely assume there’s really no reason to watch mainstream media or read most newspapers between now and November. Their agenda—unvarnished and indisputable—is nothing less than to undermine the 2024 election and deceive their viewers and readers.
Abetted by weasels in The Associated Press, these people are on a singularly focused mission to destroy Donald Trump’s campaign to return to the White House. The snarling visage of ABC News “senior congressional correspondent” Rachel Scott interrupting and filibustering Trump at a Chicago convention of Black journalists should go into a time capsule to sum up how far we have sunk from what our Founding Fathers viewed as the role of the press.
Not content to have one of its own beat up the Republican nominee in person, ABC News posted this astonishing statement on its website: “A day after Donald Trump's contentious interview at the National Association of Black Journalists conference, the organization was back to business as usual.” Chew on that linguistic gristle for just a moment: Trump gets beaten up by an ABC lackey—as usual, he gave back as good as he got—and the session is then depicted as “Donald Trump’s contentious interview.” Blame the victim much?
With that as a backdrop, what’s the over/under on the upcoming ABC News debate on September 10th? Is Donald Trump likely to face his opponent Kamala Harris in an even-handed format with “moderators” from ABC News
…documented to be in-the-tank for Harris…whose engineered candidacy disenfranchised 14-million primary voters who selected Joe Biden, not her?
I’ll go ahead and “fact check” the session for you so you don’t have to watch: the post ABC News debate reviews will declare the monosyllabic Kamala Harris to be the new Margaret Thatcher…Donald Trump’s campaign will be written off as tired and angry…and America’s Fifth Columnists in the media can all head over to The Palm on M Street in D.C. to enjoy a thick steak, confident that they have saved democracy by torpedoing a former President who actually won millions of 2024 votes while promoting a fraud who didn’t earn a single one.
It is up to the rest of us to reject and ignore these media snakes and return Trump to the White House on November 5th. The media’s mission is to destroy our election; ours must be to turn out in landslide numbers. Oh, and to make Martha Raddatz at ABC News cry again like on election night back in 2016.
