A man who police say killed a 15-year-old Utah girl after she refused to have sex with him has been arrested in connection with her death.

Daniel Robert Lehi Ferry, 31, was arrested early Monday on suspicion of first-degree felony murder in the death of Anne Kasprzak, whose body was found March 11 in Utah's Jordan River, Fox affiliate KSTU-TV reported.

According to the statement of probable cause, a witness told police she saw Ferry physically assault Kasprzak after she refused to have sex with him. The witness said she observed Ferry remove Annie's unconscious body from his home and leave in a vehicle.
