The City of West Hollywood, California hosts the “WeHo Pride” weekend, which is held annually May 31st through June 2nd. It boasts a list of events, such as: “Friday Night at OUTLOUD, the WeHo Pride Street Fair, the WeHo Pride Parade, the Women’s Freedom Festival & Dyke March, and a WeHo Pride Arts Festival,” among other LGBTQ+ events.
According to the City of West Hollywood’s website, “Harvey Milk Day will serve as the kick-off of WeHo Pride on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 and will feature the 2nd annual Jose Julio Sarria Drag Pageant.” Harvey Milk was elected to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in 1978 as the first openly gay man to win election to public office. Milk was murdered by Dan White, a former city supervisor who cast the only vote against Milk’s bill to ban discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation. As a result, Milk has become a political icon and martyr figure within the LGBTQ+ community.
In this way, the tone of the WeHo Pride event is, at its outset, highly politicized. Harvey Milk was a Democrat candidate and politician who came to more recent notoriety in 2009, when President Obama posthumously awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Moreover, WeHo is an event with politics at its core. The “Women’s Freedom Festival” is presented by the L-Project Los Angeles, and is run by six board members who are all self-described activists and community organizers. And, the WeHo event’s municipal sponsor, the City of West Hollywood, describes itself as “one of the most influential cities in the nation for its outspoken advocacy on LGBTQ issues.”
Given the clearly political and partizan nature of the WeHo Pride event, why would a handful of FBI agents participate in the “Pride Parade” wearing clothing bearing official FBI identification, and the public display of FBI badges and firearms? The FBI’s involvement in the radical Marxist policies of critical gender theory is nothing new. But, its brazen participation in an event that arguably violates the Hatch Act and FBI policy is, to say the least, disturbing.
Biden’s radical infusion of DEI policies isn’t just an FBI problem. It’s a poison that flows through the culture of every federal agency in thrall to Biden and, more appropriately, to his puppet masters. Every DOD component is publicly celebrating Pride Month 2024, as are all DOJ agencies, and DHS to include the Secret Service. If it’s fed, it’s waving the rainbow flag this month.

However, the FBI’s participation in the WeHo Pride event presents some very real concerns. An individual’s lifestyle choices aren’t necessarily relevant to their FBI employment, so long as those choices don’t present an opportunity for adversaries to compromise individuals who hold some of the highest security clearances in federal government. But, some more radical decisions — such as gender reassignment — can present problems that impact directly on operational efficiencies, morale, and the ability of the FBI to pursue its national security functions. In much the same way as unit integrity and combat effectiveness are destroyed in military organizations by allowing social experimentation to sow confusion and attach encumbrances that diminish operational readiness.
The moral implications of engaging in LGBTQ+ lifestyles is always a matter of strident debate. But, the Biblical proscriptions are numerous. (Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:26,27; I Corinthians 6:9; I Timothy 1:10)
In addition to those very practical, existentially threatening concerns, participation in events like the WeHo Pride parade clearly violate Hatch Act provisions. It’s beyond question that LGBTQ+ is not just a social movement, but a very loud and organized political movement, supported most directly by Democrat party interests, and advocated for by some of the most prominent national Democrat party leaders. The Hatch Act prohibits FBI agents from “using their official titles or positions while engaged in political activity,” and/or engaging in political activity “while the employee is on duty…”
The FBI employees and agents who participated in the WeHo Pride Parade were clearly wearing officially issued FBI shirts. One individual was wearing his FBI issued duty weapon openly on his belt with his FBI agent’s badge prominently displayed. Whether the agent should have been cavorting with an unconcealed firearm is a matter for some policy debate; however, I can remember being counseled to always conceal my firearm whenever possible for tactical considerations. Clearly, the agent depicted in the video had no tactical awareness whatsoever.
Beyond the Hatch Act concerns, the most disturbing element of the WeHo Pride Parade were the inclusion of pro-Palestinian and pro-Hamas elements. Given the barbarity and slaughter visited on Israelis on October 7, 2023 by Hamas butchers, it’s beyond the pale to understand why current FBI employees would participate in an event which included supporters of Hamas, an organization designated by the FBI as an action arm of international terrorism. For this, there is no excuse. The agents involved in this outrage should be terminated. However, as we all know, any action which is perceived to be in service of the current regime will be excused. Meanwhile, people involved in issues important to conservatives or Christians are met with brutal administrative and judicial abuse.
Local law enforcement agencies also participated in this debauch, all of it documented by X posts originating from Kate Burns, a self-described “Christofash.” Her content includes reposts featuring, “[expletive deleted] the pigs. Happy pride!” The LGBT+ community is rife with anarchists who are the shock troops of Marxists who wait in the wings while their Democrat overlords continue to plot for the fall of Western civilization.
The FBI continues to labor beneath an ever growing mountain of public relations blunders, policy driven forays into investigatory quagmires (i.e. the buffoonish Mar-a-Lago raid), and social justice campaigns that are tropes for Marxist DEI initiatives. The only fix is regime change in the oval office, and the dismantling of a culture that welcomes the collectivist ideologies that G-men and G-women once stood to combat.
