You’d have to live under a rock to not have seen videos of these “Just Stop Oil” lunatics throughout Europe being confronted as they block traffic with their asinine signs and stupid attitudes. Normal people have had enough of these idiots. It’s one thing to march in front of some company’s headquarters because you don’t like what they do, it’s another to physically prevent other human beings from simply going about their business. That the authorities in these largely left-wing cities have allowed these moronic mutants to get away with their antics with little to no ramifications so far is leading somewhere anyone can see coming: someone is going to get killed.
It's a truly dumb tactic: annoy people to win them to your cause. Pioneered by the grifters behind the Black Lives Matter/ANTIFA riots, playing in traffic to “raise awareness” of whatever leftists were whining about at any given moment became common in America. Police in Democrat-controlled cities let it happen. Major roads downtown at rush hour became freeways as people tried to get home, all with a police escort.
Then people started getting run over. As these idiots decided night time around blind curves while wearing all black was a good idea, people died. That blood was not on the hands of the driver, it was splattered all of the faces of the Democrats who allowed and encouraged this stupidity because they found the protesters useful. Dead bodies, especially unsympathetic ones, are counter-productive, so the practice largely faded in the US.
Never a group of people to let bad ideas die, progressives in Europe saw what their low IQ comrades in America were doing and, in the ultimate “hold my beer” moment, thought they could annoy people over there too.
Soon after, joyless environmentalists began gluing themselves to things – paintings, buildings, streets – while lecturing the people around them on the evils of oil. If was funny how people draped in products derived from various forms of oil could be so devoid of self-awareness, and the few clips of them being “unglued” from whatever it was they’d Crazy Glued themselves to brought chuckles to those who watched them.

Then they took their show on the road, literally.
Once these people started blocking streets, preventing real people, working class people, from moving around and going about their lives, trouble started.
Videos of these vacant goons blankly sitting in the street holding their stupid signs as normal people scream at them or physically drag their worthless blood sacks to the curb, started to become more common. And they went viral. It’s a sure sign that people hate you if millions of them watch videos of you in the hope that someone kicks your ass. That’s what “Just Stop Oil” is.
It's now common to see these boobs dragged by their hair or picked up and tossed like a bag of dirty laundry out of the way. Then, like slugs on the underside of a rock, they slither back out there to dare someone else to take it up a notch.
It hasn’t happened yet, but someone is going to get killed. Someone in a medical or family emergency, someone feeling imprisoned by these dumbasses is going to skip the getting out of their car and dragging the trash to the side of the road part and just drive over them. It’s going to be hard to force myself to care when that happens.
While I might feel bad about not feeling that bad over this, I know exactly where to place the blame: on the progressive politicians who’ve let this go on this long; who’ve encouraged it. Ordering police to let lawbreaking happen under the loose banner of “free speech” because they’re on “your team” was dumb, sitting silently by as it morphs into rage from average people is playing with fire. That these politicians haven’t stepped in to stop it makes them an accessory before the fact because if they don’t do their damn jobs, someone is going to get killed.
