As Americans anxiously await the Supreme Court’s final opinion on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, Democrats have once against proven they’re fine with political violence so long as it satisfies their agenda. Since a draft opinion of the Dobbs ruling was leaked in May -- showing abortion law will be returned to the states -- crisis pregnancy centers across the country have been attacked, vandalized, and fire-bombed. Pro-life organization Susan B. Anthony released a report detailing dozens of violent attacks in cities across the country.
“Around 3 a.m., police went to Compass Care, which is located on Eggert Road near the border of Buffalo and Amherst. When they got there, they say the building was on fire. Multiple fire companies responded, as well as fire investigators and a K-9 team from the Erie County Sheriff’s Office. The incident, which is being investigated as arson, resulted in two firefighters suffering minor injuries,” WIVB News 4 in Buffalo reported, and is just one example used by SBA in their 22-page report documenting the violence.
This week, the pro-abortion and Antifa-linked group Jane’s Revenge took credit for the attacks and vowed to up the ante.
"We are versatile, we are mercurial, and we answer to no one but ourselves. We promised to take increasingly drastic measures against oppressive infrastructures. Rest assured that we will, and those measures may not come in the form of something so easily cleaned up as fire and graffiti,” the group wrote in an open letter. “It’s open season, and we know where your operations are…everyone with the urge to paint, to burn, to cut, to jam: now is the time."
Consistently condemning the political violence and threats, Republicans immediately called on the FBI to get their act together.

When asked about the promises from Jane’s Revenge, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who held up additional security funding for Supreme Court justices after the attempted assassination of Justice Brett Kavanaugh near his home, shrugged them off as a justified consequence of returning abortion laws to the states.
“Let me just say this: a woman has a right to choose, to live up to her responsibility, it’s up to her doctor, her family, her husband, her significant other, and her God. This talk of politicizing all of this, I think, is something uniquely American and not right," Pelosi said before invoking her faith, which opposes abortion as a grave sin. "I’m a very Catholic person and I believe in every woman’s right to make her own decisions.”
Not even a hint of condemnation.
Pelosi’s attitude toward the situation is the same as President Joe Biden, who has continued to call on raucous protestors to descend on the homes of Supreme Court justices, in violation of federal law, as a way of pressuring them to change their minds on Dobbs before a final decision. Attorney General Merrick Garland has claimed he is doing “everything” to address the violence and threats, but has allowed this behavior to continue. Only after weeks of attacks has the FBI, under the “leadership” of Garland, launched investigations into the assaults on pro-life crisis pregnancy centers.
This isn’t much different from the views of Democrats on the Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots of summer 2020. To them $2 billion of riot damage, the most expensive in American history, was justified for the sake of “racial justice” and to damage President Donald Trump by destabilizing the country ahead of the election.
For Democrats, the ends always justify the means, even if somebody gets hurt.
