If I had told you in 2008 that Barack Obama would negotiate a deal that he acknowledges will fund terrorism, you'd have thought me a conspiracy theorist.
Just this past week, Obama admitted that money flowing to Iran from his negotiated deal will be used by Iran to fund terrorism. Consider that for a minute. More and more, we are encountering "lone wolves" in the United States. In Chattanooga, one killed several soldiers and sailors. Europe and Asia are still seeing Islamic terror attacks. The president of the United States just acknowledged that his deal with Iran will fund more terrorism.
If I had told you in 2008 that Obama's administration would preside over the largest hack of personnel records, and the families of American soldiers would have Muslim men show up at their homes in the United States to intimidate them, you'd have thought me a conspiracy theorist.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is warning of several incidents in the western United States. In one, Middle Eastern men got out of a car and approached the wife of a solider. They informed her that her husband had participated in interrogations of terrorists. She denied it. They insisted he had. Then they got back in the car and drove away. Their car had been seen several times in the neighborhood.
If I had told you in 2008 that Obama would publicly release classified details about Israel's nuclear capabilities, you'd have thought me a conspiracy theorist.

After Israel's prime minister vocally criticized Obama's deal with Iran, the United States "accidentally" released its records on Israel's nuclear program. Iran now knows what weapons Israel has and does not have. The world now knows the extent of Israel's nuclear program.
If I had told you in 2008 that Obama would release a traitor who leaked our secrets to the Soviet Union at the height of the Cold War, you'd have thought me a conspiracy theorist.
Obama is releasing Jonathan Pollard. Pollard was a spy on behalf of Israel who leaked U.S. classified material to Israel. But Pollard also ensured it got into the hands of the Soviet Union at the time Ronald Reagan was intent on collapsing the Soviet regime. Pollard was tried, found guilty and thrown in jail. Obama is going to release him.
If I had told you in 2008 that Obama would lecture Christians on the crusades and call a growing army of Islamic radicals "junior varsity," you'd have thought me a conspiracy theorist.
Time and time again, Obama has sought to lecture Christians on their history. Never mind that he has gotten the basics of that history wrong. He has downplayed the rise of ISIS. He has refused to call ISIS "Islamic radicals." He has denied they have anything to do with Islam despite even Middle Eastern scholars admitting ISIS is fundamentally Islamic.
If I had told you in 2008 that Obama would argue before the Supreme Court that there is no ministerial exception in the First Amendment, you'd have thought me a conspiracy theorist.
Obama's administration argued that churches and church-related institutions have no exception for their ministers from the demands of the state. It was a position the Supreme Court rejected in a 9-0 opinion. It put the Obama administration to the left of the American Civil Liberties Union.
If I had told you in 2008 that Obama's administration would suggest before the Supreme Court that they might take away the tax-exempt status of churches and religious institutions that do not support gay marriage, you'd have thought me a conspiracy theorist.
Obama's solicitor general did just that in the past year. The administration said they would have to look at church tax-exempt status if preachers and churches refused to perform gay marriages. They will also examine Christian institutions that have a tax-exempt status, such as seminaries.
If I had told you any of these things would happen back in 2008, you would have thought me a conspiracy theorist or crazy. But here we are in 2015, and all these things have happened. This is Obama's fundamental transformation of America.
