The president's press conference last week must have been psychological disinformation to confuse our enemies. It simply couldn't be the case that "we don't have a strategy for dealing with ISIS" and that he would voluntarily announce to the world--and to the bad guys--that "we don't have a strategy yet," and that he'll talk to our allies about hashing out a strategy when they all meet next month, because apparently he doesn't have a telephone to talk to them any sooner.
I mean, that just couldn't all be true, right? That's some impressive psy-ops, Mr. President! What a relief. Here I thought you were feckless and clueless
I guess the difference between being encouraged to "coexist" or being admonished to stop waging "war against women" depends on whether you pour acid on women's faces or you resist being mandated to buy their birth control.
Obviously the latter is uncivilized.
Teens think their life is hard (because life is), and they misperceive that their parents have reached some kind of you-can-coast-the-rest-of-the-way-from-here stasis.
Parents sometimes think teens have it easy (because they forget how hard it was) and they don't appreciate all the difficulties.
I'm pretty sure this human tension and need for empathy and growth is not a random accident of physics in the universe.

Germany thought they were a free democratic republic until they weren't. Venezuela thought they were a free democratic republic until they weren't.
Why do American liberals think America is so exceptional? Bad stuff can happen here, too. We can run out of toilet paper as fast as those poor buggers in South America. If the political order and social order break down, we'll all suffer. The US Constitution...limited government, protected liberties, give it a chance.

The Obama Presidency is like The Trueman Show. 100% created by the media.
Argued with some liberals recently about whether a president could really hate America. Riddle me this: Why would anyone suspect this president holds more affection for America than his minister, Jeremiah Wright, his mentor Bill Ayers, or his commie mom and her lovers?
Why is it so offensive to say what is obvious?
No, Progressives. Not gonna surrender America. There needs to be at least one nation that shows how much better people thrive in freedom rather than control.
So, the administration recently admitted:
A. Lois Lerner's emails, like all federal emails, were backed up and stored, but searching for them would be "onerous;" and
B. IRS employees destroyed Lerner's Blackberry, which contained many of her controversial emails, *AFTER* it was known Congress wanted her communications and her hard drive had "crashed."
The most astonishing part of this story is that ABC, NBC, and CBS don't think it's a story. No coverage on the evening news.
This is proof beyond a reasonable doubt: they are treasonous operatives who traffic not in news, but in Leftist lockstep to aid government's expansion.
They know we know and they don't care. If we stop watching them, so what. They still inform the median voter dupes who think they are getting "news" from newscasts
Nothing will change until there is some kind of media-nacht, a direct, Occupy-like action by fed up Americans that breaks a few network windows or more.
How about this nepotism policy: No media worker may report, edit, or produce any news relating to any government office or agency in which an immediate family member or intimate acquaintance works.
America would be shocked how many incestuous flacks and hacks that would suddenly muzzle or unemploy, virtually all liberal Ds.
If the president were Republican, do you think the media would have forgotten about Lois Lerner's missing emails? Or EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson's fake email accounts? Or Eric Holder's contempt and the zillions of documents he is laughing about not handing over?
Being liberal means never having to account.
Who knew "Go soak your head" was an inspiring call to perform charity work?
I just realized what's so phony about Mark Udall's campaign shouting "Hey women! Abortion is everything, right?! I'm on your team!"
It's this: Given the constraints of Roe v Wade, lawmakers who are hostile or friendly to abortion will move the needle about 3% in either direction.
Meanwhile, under the crushing weight of Udall's big government votes, our economy, our jobs, and our prospects are withering like a dry sprout under the Phoenix sun.
Even the most aggrieved believer there's a “war on women,” if she reflects, should realize her well being depends far more on there being more jobs and opportunity, than on whether Congress passes some ban on late-tem brain-sucking.
Udall is hoping to convince people to vote on the basis of symbolic gender politics instead of their own real world prospects and opportunities.
Obama knows exactly what he's doing when he hits the country club for 18 holes minutes after reading a perfunctory statement about the beheading of an American journalist.
He's not tone deaf. He's pitch perfect. He intends to send the message: "Hey America, screw you and your sacred cows.
"You're a racist, imperialist power. I'm golfing. What are you going to do about it?"
