At Caruso Middle School in Deerfield, Illinois, school officials forced young girls to undress in the presence of a biological male—a boy identifying as female. If that wasn’t bad enough, staff members stood by to ensure these girls obeyed.
Stop. Let that sink in.
This wasn’t an accident. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was intentional coercion, and it was illegal. These school officials didn’t just violate these girls’ dignity, they violated federal law, Title IX, and every shred of common decency that once governed American schools.
And now they must pay the price.
Parents are done watching weak-willed administrators cave to radical activists. It’s time to sue the districts, fire the officials, and throw the enforcers in jail. No more hiding behind “policy” or “inclusion.” This is abuse, plain and simple—and it must be punished.
The radical left knew this was illegal. They did it anyway.
In 2020, President Donald Trump issued an executive order affirming Title IX protections for female students. It explicitly banned biological males from entering female-only spaces—locker rooms, bathrooms, and sports teams.
Then, in 2025, Trump doubled down with an executive order titled “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.” This order reaffirmed that all federal agencies must recognize gender strictly based on biological sex. It prohibited biological males from invading women’s spaces, reinforcing the foundational protections of Title IX—protections that radicals are hell-bent on destroying.
But these school officials in Deerfield defied federal law. They ignored direct orders from the highest office in the country. They betrayed the parents who trusted them to keep their daughters safe.
And now, they need to be dragged into court and held accountable.
This cannot be another case of parents sending angry emails and hoping for the best.
It’s time to sue, prosecute, and destroy the careers of everyone involved in this shameful policy.
Every single family impacted must file federal civil rights lawsuits against Deerfield School District 109. The law is on their side. Title IX was written to protect women from exactly this kind of forced exposure. The school district should pay massive financial penalties for trampling over these girls’ rights.
Forcing young girls to undress in front of a male—especially under staff supervision—is coercion. Period. If a private individual forced minors into this situation, they’d be in handcuffs right now. Every administrator, teacher, and staff member who had a hand in enforcing this should be investigated for child endangerment and misconduct.
The school board must be purged of every coward who let this happen. Every administrator involved in crafting or enforcing this policy should be fired immediately. State and federal authorities must ensure these people never work in education again.
If local prosecutors refuse to act, then state and federal prosecutors must step in.
Because if a grown man outside of a school had forced girls into this situation, he’d be in prison. So why are school officials getting a free pass?
This happened because weak people allowed it.
Too many parents have sat back, hoping someone else would stop the madness. Too many fathers have assumed their schools still have a shred of common sense left.
News flash: They don’t.
These schools are being run by ideologues who do not care about your daughters’ safety. They only care about pushing their agenda, no matter the cost.
So show up. Fight back. Get loud.
Pull your kids out of any school that tries this. Take over the school boards. Demand resignations. Sue every administrator responsible.
And if you’re a father, stand up and say: Not on my watch.
There is no scenario where a boy’s feelings about his identity outweigh a girl’s right to safety, dignity, and privacy.
None.
The activists want you to believe otherwise. They want you to think that if you stand up for your daughter, you’re “bigoted.”
Let them scream.
Because there is no universe where a young girl should be forced to undress in front of a male to satisfy a political agenda. There is no moral ground on which these administrators stand.
This is not up for debate.
The only way to stop this madness is to make it hurt.
Sue the district into the ground. Fire every official involved. Prosecute the enforcers. Pass stronger state laws barring males from female spaces.
If we don’t stop this now, it will only get worse.
This stops when parents say it stops.
And we are saying enough.
