ON THE ROAD: Rothfus Campaign Making a Move

Keith Rothfus’ campaign was under the radar until just a few weeks ago. Then, it came out of the shadows with a very clear message: incumbent Democrat Jason Altmire is and will always be a Pelosi Democrat, voting against the health care bill only after she told him he didn’t have to.

“I don’t know how this guy gets away with it,” he told a group of supporters at a campaign event on Tuesday, wondering how Altmire has been able to convince voters that he isn’t on board with the Democratic agenda. “I guess when you stand next to Nancy Pelosi, anyone is a conservative."
