You probably haven’t thought about Don Lemon in, well, ever. Why would you? No one watched him when he was on CNN, which is a big part of the reason he’s no longer on CNN, and he’s only doubled down on everything people found annoying about him when he was easy to find. And the only time you’re likely to have thought about Ilhan Omar is when she’s doing something racist, stupid or both – which is a lot, actually. They are just two of the moronic leftists running around Minnesota doing all they can to protect illegal alien criminals and it has to stop. Some people live lives of example, others are destined to be a cautionary tale. Make all these leftists into examples that serve as warnings to others that lawlessness will not be tolerated.
Let me start off by saying that if Democrats really want a “deal” on immigration, I propose the following:
1. All illegal aliens are to be sent to Democrat states.
2. They and their offspring are barred from ever becoming citizens or being able to vote.
3. They are not counted in the census and do not factor into apportionment.
4. They are banned from receiving any federal welfare dollars.
5. Any illegal alien who commits a violent crime against an American in non-Democrat states will cause one random Democrat politician to suffer the same fate – chosen at random – as the convicted illegal. (I mean, if they really believe they’re the salt of the earth who commit “far fewer crimes than Americans,” this will give them the chance to put their money where their mouth is.)
Sure, this is all a pipe dream and they’d never go for it because Democrats know everything they say about illegals is a lie. But I can dream.
Until then, the Department of Justice needs to pummel all of these goons assaulting ICE and CPB agents with literally everything they can think of. While I have been very disappointed with the weak leadership at the Justice Department and the FBI, Harmeet Dhillon, who heads the DoJ’s Civil Rights Division, is both competent and smart – she’s also been clear that she’s going after these leftists for violations of the FACE Act and the Klan Act, which is glorious.
There can be no stone left unturned when it comes to dealing with the lawless left. They consider themselves to be righteous, which makes them even more dangerous – zealots convinced they are not only on the side of justice, but the only “just” people anywhere are incredibly dangerous.
Democrats have not rid their lives of religion, they morphed it into government and themselves saints with policies and chants – they appointed themselves angels of justice.
“True believers” will not let anything stand between them and the paradise they have been convinced is only a few pieces of legislation away. Islamic terrorists who have been brainwashed into thinking heaven is only one suicide bomb in a room full of their enemies away, share a commitment to a political agenda with Democrats. What is the difference between a Jihadi and the ICE shooter? Only the manner in which they expect to die.
Democrats are ramping up their violence-inspiring rhetoric because the alternative would be to make a case for their cause and they simply are not suited to civil discussions or persuasion. Force is all they have left, and they will use it…even if they don’t intend to.
This is who they are, and they will become much worse if examples are not made of at least some. A few 10-year sentences, prosecuted smartly in jurisdictions likely to convict anti-American monsters, will put the realization of consequences in people who scream “Why did you have real bullets?” at law enforcement. It will not stop all of them, but it will scare last night’s dinner out the rear end enough to restore normality to the streets for a while.
These people are broken, these people are lost, and these people need to be woken up. Whether that happens to them by prosecuting a moron like Don Lemon for laws Democrats have used against conservatives (they set the precedent, it would be wrong to not follow it) or pointing out how their “progressive priest politicians” are getting rich from corruption does not matter, all that does is that the lives and liberties of Americans are protected from the goon squad the left has built and unleashed.
