Recent actions by Fulton County Georgia’s District Attorney Fani Willis concerning President Donald J. Trump and his associates raise eyebrows beyond political partisanship. They raise questions about the more powerful hands pulling the strings. The main concern? The potential entanglement of the Department of Justice with local jurisdictions, seemingly to target political opponents, and in this case, the most formidable candidate for President against Joe Biden. What was meant as a pivotal moment to taint the image of a former president morphed into a stark realization of the politics at play.

The collaboration between Willis and Special Counsel Jack Smith appears less coincidental and more coordinated, especially given the timeline of their respective charges. Why did Willis suddenly bring forth charges during an election cycle after an extensive 30-month gap post-Trump's departure from office? And why did this move closely mirror that of Special Counsel Smith's indictment?

These questions led to the House Judiciary Committee’s decision to launch a probe into the case, underscoring the broader concern—the manipulation of judicial instruments for political gains.

One of the main points of the House Judiciary Committee’s inquiry is that it appears Fani Willis and Jack Smith “coincidentally” interviewed many of the same witnesses, reviewed much of the same “evidence,” and just happened to reach an all too similar conclusion against President Trump. Now, the Committee wants to know if federal law enforcement officials were involved and if the timing of this indictment was factored in as it seems political in nature. If it is proven that collusion between Jack Smith and Fani Willis exists, it would be corruption like we have never seen before.

It is concerning when local jurisdictional proceedings appear to align with federal orchestrations. This kind of behavior undermines the foundation of America's democratic principles. For instance, Willis's decision to charge Biden's opponent for "election interference" was likely made in coordination with the Biden Administration, and the timing of the announcement was strategically planned. The idea that the Department of Justice could manipulate and influence local proceedings is alarming and shakes people's faith in impartiality, setting a dangerous precedent for future judicial proceedings.

It is not the first time the Biden Administration has crossed the line and colluded with a local prosecutor. Recently, Biden staffers got caught meeting with aides to the supposed independent Special Counsel just before the announcement of the Trump federal indictment. In another instance, Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, responsible for handling investigations in Hunter Biden, reportedly colluded with the DOJ to subvert Congressional inquiries. And interestingly enough, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg hired a Justice Department official who had routinely investigated and challenged the Trump Administration and Trump organizations in the past. There’s a reason they call it “the swamp.”

At this point, the only shocking news would be if Willis or her staff was not colluding with the Biden Administration.

And in what is becoming standard practice by elite politicians, they're passing the bill on to the American taxpayers.

While fentanyl deaths are skyrocketing, crime in inner cities is out of control, and the illegal immigration crisis is forcing mayors to choose between housing and law enforcement, your tax dollars are being directed to politicized litigation against the left's political opponents. It was recently proven that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg used taxpayer dollars to fund his indictments—why would the Fulton County case be any different?

What would cities like Atlanta and New York look like if local DAs were hyper-focused on the crises in their own communities rather than national politics? These crime-ridden cities might be safe places for families, tourists, and businesses alike. Instead, it appears that Fani Willis is wasting time, money, and resources to do Jack Smith’s and the DOJ’s dirty work. Americans are paying these ruling-class officials to do their job and keep them safe. Yet hauling in political opponents wasn’t meant to help the common person out there, but the political class in D.C.

The unseriousness of this case should be a cause for concern to every law-abiding American, and the American people's trust is gravely compromised. If the suspicions surrounding the DOJ’s involvement with local entities like Willis are founded, it sets a dangerous precedent, one that goes beyond party lines. Local prosecutors being used as pawns by federal law enforcement, or a political campaign is a slippery slope that we may never come back from.

For the future sanctity of our democratic norms and processes, it's crucial to delve deep into the motivations and actions of Fani Willis, especially her potential ties with higher federal powers. The integrity of our justice system, and indeed our democracy, hinges on transparency, impartiality, and the unwavering trust of the American people.
