The Minnesota Monsters

The videos coming out of the Land of 10,000 Lakes are hard to stomach.

As many have noted in various forums, during the 1970s and 1980s, families could often live on a single paycheck. My father was a professor at the University of Illinois, and with his paycheck, we lived a wonderful middle-class life in the northern Chicago suburbs. Because we were not bathing in dough and air travel was still expensive, we drove everywhere. My father usually found a chemistry meeting of interest, and we would use that destination to plan our trips. I have been blessed to visit 48 states, and if I could fly a private plane tomorrow, I would go to Cody, Wyoming, to see the amazing Buffalo Bill Center and then continue to Yellowstone Park.

While in every great state, we met kind and pleasant people, Minnesota is something special. I don’t know if the people there are congenitally kind or if it’s something in the water of those 10,000 lakes advertised on the license plates. Everyone seems to be very nice. One of the most pleasant guys I met at Harvard came from the Twin Cities. Relaxed, friendly, always willing to help—I don’t think he had an enemy in the world. So when I see the violent activities directed towards ICE and other police bodies, I am stumped. How did such nice and warm people become such violent lunatics? The answer is ideology.

Mike Benz has provided numerous proofs regarding the efforts of George Soros and others to harm the United States. Tactics developed by the CIA, State Department, NED and others to be used overseas have been trained on populist movements in the West, including the MAGA movement headed by Donald Trump. And Benz has shown how the same tactics of blocking intersections, creating “martyrs”, and sowing mayhem are being used in places throughout the country—including in Minneapolis. Let’s think about this for a minute. ICE has a federal directive to remove illegal aliens from the country. Their efforts seem to focus on illegal aliens who have additional criminal activities to their names. Now, why would the good citizens of the happy state of Minnesota try to run down ICE agents, steal their weapons, attack anyone “who looks like a Trump supporter,” and create civic mayhem more similar to the 1991 LA riots? Brainwashing. Sure, many are probably paid, but the aggressive hate seen in many of these protesters goes beyond a mere paycheck. When they attack, they mean to harm.

For the professional left and its billionaire benefactors, there are two levels of issues. Some make for good soundbites but can be discarded, and then there are those that are third-rail subjects that must be fought tooth and nail. Blacks during the 2024 election cycle complained that the goodies that they had received in the past had been given to illegal aliens and that they felt jilted. Blacks, being a gimme for Democratic candidates, are one of the issues that can be left to the wayside in times of need. Other subjects must be fought tooth and nail. Trans, “climate change”, and removal of illegal aliens seem to be issues that the left will throw all of its money, muscle, and efforts to keep in their favor.

Why would the left be so gung-ho on Trans? Any fool can see that one cannot change his sex or gender. Why did we have the pathetic comedy both at the Supreme Court and Senate last week of highly accredited doctors and lawyers saying that, “Ah shucks, we just don’t know what a boy is….or what a girl is.” Everyone knows and it's quite amazing that the “sex assigned at birth” turns out to be 100 percent right many years later. So why do they fight pure fantasy? Because they must. Their goal is to destroy the basic family structure that has existed from Biblical days to the present. If they can force that jailed teacher in Ireland to use the wrong pronouns, then they have broken him. Go along with them with the she/them/her/zis and then you have waved the white flag on both Biblical morality and the centrality of the family in a successful society. The US was so successful in the 1970s and 1980s because single-family housing still had single families. My parents would whisper after they thought that we had gone to sleep about some friend’s parents getting divorced. The family is central to a moral West, and its destruction is at the top of the list of the chaos-generating globalists.

And then come the illegal aliens, pouring into every Western country and rarely sent home. The US is the only country in the West that is actively trying to send back those who came without permission. So why would kind and gentle Minnesotans side with illegal criminals over real American law enforcement agents? Because the destruction of borders is another goal of the left. If they can wipe out the idea of nation-states, then they will be one more step closer to the chaotic world that George Soros and his WEF buddies desire. This is not just an economic question of keeping the cheap labor in place. This is an existential question: does the US have the right to have its own borders and decide who gets to come in? For normal people, the answer is yes. Just as they have a gate around their property and expect it to be respected, the US has every right to choose who gets to enter. Like with trans, this concept was a no-brainer until recently. But the Democrats want their future voters and the more people they can bring in, the less the words “One nation under God” still have any meaning. It’s not that they love the illegals over the ICE agents; they don’t even know their names. They love the principle that anyone can go to any country, even if they have no plans to move to Mexico or Pakistan.

And then there is the fraudulent climate change hoax. Billionaires like Bill Gates are bailing out because they need a lot of energy for their new AI investments. So it’s either that there is no emergency, or the changes will be so small that society can deal with them. But how much damage has been done? Germany’s president last week admitted that closing the country’s nuclear power plants was a “strategic mistake”. You don’t say? The sun/wind combo is both unreliable and unable to provide enough energy for growing economies. Why is jet fuel so special? It has the highest energy density of any liquid fuel—something that is critical in flying 14 or 16 hours without refueling. People moved from horse and buggies to cars when the economics and infrastructure made sense. Wind and solar cannot replace the reliability of oil, coal, gas, and nuclear. You want your heater working during a winter night, and you want to know that you have enough gas to finish your trip. The push for climate change was also ideological and not based on solid data or reasonable data analysis. Humans are evil for taking so many resources from the ground; let’s go natural. But modern societies run on energy and the renewables (including legacy hydro) make up 9% of US energy use. When solar and biomass make sense, people will move towards them without government mandates.

The left is out to destroy the West. The violence in Minnesota, so out of character, is reflective of ideological goals that are opposed to the basic values of the United States. Just as the left plays for keeps, the right will have to do the same. The future of the Republic and the world is at stake.
