The House voted Wednesday to hold Former IRS official Lois Lerner in contempt of Congress. Lerner repeatedly refused to answer questions surrounding her participation in the IRS targeting scandal. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was conspicuously absent during the vote, opting instead to attend a fundraiser in California.
