We need to get to OUR oil before other countries get it... My understanding is that China is drilling 50 miles off our coast right now... and they are doing it horizontally... that is our oil and CHINA is getting it.

Thank you Amanda. We all need to shout about oil at the top of our lungs. Our Congress seems very focused on figuring out ways to collect more taxes and invent new bureaucracies. Instead we actually need more oil. The oil exists, and it is within our national economic reach. We need to go after it. The oil at the bottom of the sea will be taken out by some country. If we don't get it, China will. We need to find some way to compel Congress and the President to get on board. Drill Here! Drill Now!

what sites would we read to find out why the greenies are so upset about 2000 acres in anwar when there are millions of acres there. And my friend is an enviormentalist and she said that some are making anwar drilling sound bad when in reality its safe and technology is so much better now its safe as well.
