Don't anyone ever...
...suggest our legislators address outrages like this. Such a suggestion would be roundly ingnored - right after being laughed at.

Let's see now:

A lady puts a cup of hot coffee between her legs while driving, and then spills it on herself. She then wins a million bucks in a lawsuit for the coffee being too hot. "The crotch is a legitimate cup holder of hot liquids" is an apparent logical argument in courts today.

Illegal immigrants harass and threaten an American homeowner on his own property, and when he points a gun at him they sue - and win a nice judgement. Even the cutsie-tootsie lawyer and talking head, Megan Kelly on Bill O'Reilly's show labled the homeowner a "racist" for calling one of the aboriginal mexicans an ethnic slur while holding them at gunpoint.

San Francisco pays a black firefighter millions to settle a suit he brought citing racism in the department. It was found that he was never marginalized, teased or harrassed, and often referred to his race in comical terms, but he sued and "got paid".

The insanity continues. God help us.
