No Violence Incitement Charges For Donald Trump

Yesterday the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department released a statement confirming violence incitement charges were being considered for GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump after a protestor was punched in the face at a Fayetteville, North Carolina rally last week. Trump is on record calling for the punching of protestors and has offered to pay the legal fees for defendants.

After a short investigation, the Sheriff's Department will not charge Trump.
