Col. Allen West: Why Are You Here?

Rep. Allen West wasn't impressed when White House bureaucrat  Daniel Gordon refused to answer questions about a draft executive order, even though Gordon was at the hearing to discuss the draft executive order, that if signed would require contractors to disclose their political donations before apply to a bid process for government contracts. This would allow officials in places like the Defense Department to discriminate against specific contractors because of their political beliefs.
