I'm told Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas will address the conservative Council for National Policy's (CNP) conclave this evening at the DC Ritz Carlton. There are certainly political "celebrities" out there who give speeches, but it's not every night that a Supreme Court Justice addresses your group.
