Classy: DNC Spokesman Calls GOP "Evil Doers"

Brad Woodhouse is one of Debbie Wasserman Schultz's underlings at the DNC.  He appeared on Ed Schultz's unhinged MSNBC show last night, where he bragged about his party's superior ground game (it certainly worked wonders in Wisconsin), then added that Democrats will need to keep pace on campaign spending in order to expose their Republican opponents.  Except he didn't use the word "opponents," or even "enemies:"

Watch his eyes shift off camera as he instantly realizes that employing the phrase "evil-doers" -- which President Bush used to describe...the perpetrators of 9/11 -- while discussing the GOP might have been a mistake.  What "evil" are these wicked Republicans doing, anyway?  Winning elections in which liberals are heavily invested, balancing budgets, adding jobs, and ending runaway benefits for a core Democrat Party patron.  Pretty evil stuff.  Also the notion that Democrats are struggling to maintain "parity" with GOP spending is laughable.  The Left overwhemlingly outspent the Right in 2008 and 2010, and Barack Obama's fundraising goal for this cycle is $1 Billion.  He attended five fundraisers just yesterday.  Ah well.  I won't hold my breath waiting for an apology from Woodhouse; his boss barely apologized for accusing Republicans of wanting to "literally" drag the country back to the Jim Crow era, and has steadfastly refused to apologize for repeating the Tuscon slander.  Nice organization you have over there, Democrats.

UPDATE - Evil-doers, Al Qaeda, the Taliban...the Left has been smearing the Right with terrorist comparisons for months now.  It's unhealthy that I've almost become inured to it.  This rhetoric is disgusting, and if our side engaged in it, the self-appointed Civility Police would have us in handcuffs.
