Should Obama go to Georgia?

Would it be appropriate for the President-Elect to campaign in Georgia for Democrat Jim Martin, who is engaged in the ongoing senate race against Saxby Chambliss?  That's the question being asked today, as Martin "desperately wants Obama to come" to Georgia.  One one hand, senate seats are precious, on the other hand, Obama may want to appear post-partisan.  My guess is he stays out of it...
