Jerry Brown Lies About Lying

When we last heard from California's Democratic candidate for Governor, he was reliving a merciless 1992 slicing and dicing of his tax record by Bill Clinton.  Now he's gone on television to insist that he's never lied about anything, evidently forgetting that he's gone on television in the past and...admitted to lying.  Oops:

What makes this mash-up particularly ugly for Brown is what he admitted lying about.  He nonchalantly told the CNN interviewer that of course he lied about having a plan to improve California when he ran for Governor last time.

"No, I didn't have a plan for California!" he said.  "[But] you say you're going to cut taxes, you're going to put people to work, you're going to improve the schools, you're going to stop crime.  Crime is up, schools are worse, taxes are higher--I mean, be real!"

Will an aged Jerry Brown make a television appearance on Fox News' 4th spin-off network in 2019 and chuckle about how he (again) didn't actually have a plan for California when he (again) ran for Governor in 2010?
