So, remember when Daily Caller found out that Hunter Biden was, indeed, still on the board of a private Chinese equity firm that he swore he resigned from back in October? It’s the firm that got a nice $1 billion contract after Hunter accompanied daddy Joe to China back in 2013. It’s yet another swampy episode of Hunter using his dad’s name to rake in some serious cash. The other is one that has plagued the Biden 2020 campaign since it was unearthed: Hunter’s odd board position on Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, where he was paid tens of thousands of dollars a month despite having zero experience in this field. He was allegedly there to sell access to top Obama officials at the time while Joe was leading anti-corruption efforts in the country. When Democrats tried to impeach Trump over Ukraine aid, which was more pathetic than the already laughable Russian collusion charge, Hunter was brought up. And Biden couldn’t defuse it. So, Hunter is AWOL. He was sent away, possibly due to the fact that he’s also a new dad; he fathered a love child with a stripper.
When it was announced that Hunter Biden would be quitting the board of a Chinese equity firm, lots of news outlets credulously reported it.

Six months later, records indicate that Hunter has not, in fact, quit.
Will the mainstream media be following up? https://t.co/Y8alqdYsDu
Trump folks pushing a line that Hunter Biden never resigned from board, citing an apparently outdated database entry. (https://t.co/Rc6YadEK61) Now Hunter Biden's lawyer has obtained letter confirming he did resign in October, as originally reported. https://t.co/wWRlYLgLYg pic.twitter.com/jvSjBHoVrL

Why would Hunter’s lawyer need to obtain documentation of Hunter’s resignation from the company instead of just from Hunter? https://t.co/S6gSf4C2UU

Needless to say, we’re a little suspect of this letter (dated today). We were in close contact with Biden’s lawyer in the run up to publishing. We also gave him a full day to respond. Where is the original resignation letter? Why is he still listed as a member of the board? https://t.co/IMIXLuJ0D6

Hey, Glenn. I just got this letter from Vladimir Putin. Looks like you guys were wrong all along. pic.twitter.com/SKUvDeyfz2

Yet, The Washington Post fact-checkers decided to get in on this and said that because Hunter’s lawyer showed a letter saying he had resigned, that’s the end of it. Seriously, the letter was dated today. Is this really settled?
“Why would Hunter’s lawyer need to obtain documentation of Hunter’s resignation from the company instead of just from Hunter?” asked reporter Chuck Ross.
Granted, given how the liberal news media has just peddled Chinese propaganda concerning the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic, I guess we shouldn’t be too shocked concerning their take on this story.
