Trump Appears to Back Protestors Against Michigan Governor

In a series of tweets Friday morning, President Trump strongly implied support for people in Michigan protesting against Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

Yesterday hundreds of people drove to Lansing, Michigan to show their disdain for Whitmer's arbitrary rules against buying things like seeds, carpet and American flags as part of a mandated stay-at-home order.

Trump also backed frustrated individuals in Virginia where Democrat Governor Ralph Northam signed a series of gun control bills after issuing a stay-at-home order. That order lasts until at least June 9  and protests on the shutdown are being planned for next week.

Protests also happened in Minnesota this week, which President Trump noticed.
