Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) became the last former presidential primary contender to endorse Joe Biden for president. In a video released on Wednesday morning, Sen. Warren made it official:

Biden promised to pick a female running mate if he clinched the nomination, but Sen. Warren does not appear to be at the top of that list. Given the unlimited supply of lies Sen. Warren has told voters, the GOP ads would create themselves if Sen. Warren was on the ticket.
Sen. Warren’s endorsement is unusually delayed, given that the entirety of the Democratic primary field endorsed former Vice President Biden. Even Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) threw his support behind Biden, even though he had previously likened his policies to those of Republicans. Though Sen. Warren was a high-profile player in the Obama Administration, she held out over a month before endorsing the former vice president; President Obama endorsed his former second-in-command on Tuesday. Warren's endorsement marks the third Democratic endorsement for the former vice president this week:

Sen. Warren finally endorsing former Vice President Biden represents unity within the Democratic Party, but Biden still has a ton of ground to make up with progressive voters who previously supported Sens. Sanders or Warren.
